Rebecca at the front desk was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, she was welcoming, kind, and so professional. She made the check-in process smooth and stress-free, answered all of our questions with patience, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable. Her positive attitude and genuine smile made such a difference in our stay. The hotel is lucky to have her — thank you, Rebecca, for the exceptional service!

Clean/comfortable rooms, helpful/friendly staff, convenient location, and consistent Hilton quality. Would recomend this hotel to anybody looking for a nice, affordable stay. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and the quality is what you cam expect from Hilton, consistent. 5/5

Stayed here with for an volleyball event with my kids. Hotel was very clean and staff exceptional from desk to bar. Great drink/food selections

On Monday i was staying at this location. Due to short staff my room wasn't available. I completely understand and was just thankful to get a room. I would like to say that Rebecca to front desk clerk wassi helpful in accommodating me with another room and went beyond the call of duty of making sure was ok with the change. She really felt bad about the situation. She made whatever she could happen to accommodate my stay. Shes an excellent example of great customer service and deserving of recognition. Thank you so much and thanks for the cupcakes!!

I want to give 5 stars across the board but was disappointed this morning. The rude behavior of the front desk agent Sharlea was ridiculous. The staff has been amazing outside of her. She is loud, rude and has horrible customer service. If I could give her 0 stars I would. I love this hotel. We relocated here recently and are staying here while looking for a house. It has been a challenging time this year due to family loss. Tiffany was very pleasant. But Sharlea, needs a new job. With everything happening in the world we need as much light and kindness as we can get. To come to a hotel that prides itself on the service industry, who needs to be greeted by unprofessionalism, rude behavior and horrible presentation even with her physical appearance. Keep in mind. You never know why someone is traveling. Death in the family or even heavy work schedules while traveling. Its ideal to find peace where you book your stay. Not chaos. The coffee station is typically clean and tidy. Filled with hot coffee. Not while Sharlea was working. Dirty coffee station, with no hot coffee to accommodate the cold weather. I will be sending my concerns to corporate about my experience. I give the other front desk representatives a 5 star reviews for great service.

This is my second time staying here. Staff was great, room was great, even got housekeeping while we were gone at the mall. Only issue I had was finding out that the hot tub was removed since last time here. Booked the hotel on Expedia because it said there was a hot tub, but there wasn’t. Other than that all was well. Just bummed there was no hot tub.

The hotel is in a great location, and the front desk staff were very helpful during check-in. The room was clean, modern, and nicely updated, with an extremely comfortable bed. Sue, the bartender downstairs, was exceptionally friendly and offered a wide variety of cocktails, which made for a great experience. Overall, everything exceeded expectations, and I would definitely stay here again.

Staff were so accommodating after a long horrible travel day. Awesome food, great hospitality and the rooms are immaculately clean!
